This story was my entry in the recent hp_footballbets contest, where participants had to predict the winner of the FIFA Women's World Cup and write short fics if we were wrong (as we all were). Among several interesting prompts, my recipient, miss_morland, suggested "Umbridge visits Hogwarts during DH (for whatever reason)."

My thanks to the mods for running this little fest; I've never before had such a good time being a loser.
