Dumb Question, the Sequel

As long as I'm showing my ignorance, I'll add this question: how does one customize the "current mood" icons? Again, I've tried the LJ FAQ, but, as is often the case with on-line support, I can never seem quite to find the answers I'm looking for. In this case, I found instructions about how to add default icons, but my tastes don't run to cute smileys and such.
Thanks, and I promise not to ask any more silly questions for at least a week.

I've created one of Janeway, and would be happy to share.
