I second your goal of trying to write an unlikeable Minerva. That would be an interesting exercise. (Come to think of it, I spend a lot of time trying to humanise JKR's 'villains', so it would do me some good to try doing the opposite with one of her side-of-the-Light characters.)
Looking over the characters you've written thus far, is there any particular character or pairing that you've not written yet that you'd like to do in 2010? (Just curious.)
