Greeting Sincere

The Christmas tree is up (purple lights, purple and silver ornaments hung by the child [on the front of the tree only, but that's all right, since symmetry is over-rated]); all the food has been bought (including a red wine described on the card in the shop as having "voluptuous charm" -- "That's the image I'm going for myself," said my partner); the presents are all wrapped (blue-and-silver for the partner, red-and-gold for the child); and I'm about to start imbibing some Christmas cheer.  In that spirit, I send you all
