More HP Goodies

The democratic world is still burning up, but here and there are small, lovely breaks in the flames where we can sit down and catch our breaths and enjoy some very fine HP fanworks.

My unbroken lucky streak continues in terms of the amazing gifts I receive in the [community profile] rarepair_shorts Summer Wishlist event. This time, it's another beautifully written and characterized fic by the always-superb [personal profile] eldritcher. They've given me a nuanced story that doesn't shirk from darkness but at the same time offers believable hope. And it has the sort of surprisingly effective super-rare pair that I adore: Hermione/Amelia Bones. Go read it!

Title: Plenitude
Author: [personal profile] eldritcher
Pairing/Characters: Hermione Granger/Amelia Bones, with a generous dose of well-characterized Harry
Rating: PG-13
Word Count: ~1600
Summary: Hers soon an hour of plenitude.

And if this gem weren't enough, here's another. This "mystery" artist is so good that even drunk, she produces exceptional art that is witty, clever, and hot. So many little perfect details. Enjoy! (NB -- The hilarious spelling represents the proof level of whatever the dear artist was swigging while drawing/typing.)

Title: The NEwe Olde Shoppe
Artist: Supposedly a mystery
Characters: Made Rosemerta/Abretprth Dumbledorre/Severus Sanape
Rating: Just a few NWS bits
Summary: there areg oats and some stores and yeah idk

Whatever was our wonderful Mystery Artist swilling (and smoking, certainly)? I could use some of that! Weed stores do look like Apple stores. And Snape would get into that business. The coda goat has those infamous Avada Kedavra eyes. I think my favourite part might be the artist's self-portraiting :) This isn't a weed and scotch affair. There were mushrooms involved. I am sure of it!

(I am glad you liked the little piece.)
