Well, the tree is pretty easy to manage. It's artificial and only two feet tall. Pre-lit. I just take off the ornaments and put the tree back in the closet. (I bought it in 1987, at a local shop that was going out of business and marked down all its Christmas merchandise. I'm sure that some day the lights will burn out, but so far, I'd say I got my money's worth!)
