Oh, what a lovely glimpse into Augusta's life and character! So many different takes on the "brazenness" of these two women, who aren't afraid to say what they think or want, even if it's not quite acceptable to do so. The scene in which she confronts Minerva after she refused to take Neville in her class is just what I'd imagine--the annoyance, the "brazen" politeness, the tart honesty in the way they think about themselves and each other.
